Brace teeth

Today October 31 is my second month I when to tighten my teeth since I wear metal brace... First of all, I heard most of 10people say is pain, but to be frank, is not pain at all. It just feel so "tight" after being tighten! But yet, is true can't eat anything, even chew, bite.. I mean not anything.. Can't eat, it just can't take something which is solid, tough.. Something like, lamb, chicken, beef, or even a vegetable.. Unless you blend into liquid food only you can sallow. For the girls wish to be lose weight is one the benefits for brace teeth.. Hehe..
My wish had come true, and I do lose some weight I hope can be maintain or continue :-) no pain no gain I definitely agree.

Generally, For the current price for brace teeth, is Rm4000.. At first time, no need to pay all lum sum but Rm2200...the Rm200 is to make a plastic cover which to wear it after you take the metal off then put the plastic cover at night... So the rest of the for of course you have to go back to visit your dentist doctor pay Rm100 to tighten up as now I'm doing today..
Continue RM100 until 18 months.. So the budget is Rm4000...

I feel a bit regret because I should wear brace since I still young.. Haizz but whatever I still did it...

Don't be afraid for bracing teeth... Is not that awful at all... ^^

Celebrate Nine Emperor

Every year in October there a legend for celebrate Nine Emperor. This festival will held on 9 days, and for me I decide to take vegetarian for 9 nine days cause of nine emperor.

My aunt from Singapore come back as a charity worker for the temple to welcome nine emperor and other god every year.

Haha for me turtle bao are the things that attract me XD awe.. I love bao and there are cute too... We family when to buy some intend for our breakfast,.. Yum yum.. But at the back of the temple there a canteen, crowd of people when for lunch just now. I can't eat since I wear brace, but only just take red bean tong sui as my meal.. T.T
Canteen more type of food than I though :-) not bad than before.. I should looking forward for next year and I wanted to bite or chew the food I want >_<
